A bolder, more logical, and more effective stance would be that nothing Biden did over the last four years was legitimate because he stole the 2020 election. This cuts through the Gordian knot of procedural nit picking, straight to substance. It’s what a serious party that regained power after a stolen election would do in a serious country.
