Massive Fraud In H-1B Visa Program, More Fraud Coming
In a shocking story, a Bloomberg investigative team has exposed massive fraud, mostly by Indian outsourcing firms, in the H-1b Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) program. Simultaneously, the Federal government and local governments are doubling down on H-1b and the Entrepreneur Parole program to replace American workers with cheaper foreigners.
