When the state decided to begin issuing driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants, one reason was the belief that properly licensed drivers were more likely to get properly insured.

But when these newly licensed drivers start looking for insurance, they might find it won't come cheap ...

CAIRCO Comment: We all have paid those higher premiums until we earn the rights to lower costs. Illegal aliens granted American privileges such as operating vehicles on our roads should pay as we do. That truly is a part of the American Dream.
