It has begun. Leftists and the leftist mainstream media have begun gaslighting - that is, spreading disinformation about President Trump. 

Celebs Spread Deceptively Edited Video, Falsely Claim Trump Will Outlaw Elections, Breitbart, 28 July 2024: Their specious claim comes from a recent speech during which the GOP presidential nominee encouraged Christians to turn out en masse this November - with important context cut from a 27-second video clip.

Another Atlantic Hoax: False Claim That Trump Will End Elections, Breitbart, 29 July 2024: The Atlantic is also responsible for the “suckers and losers” hoax - the unsubstantiated claim that Trump once mocked veterans and dead soldiers, which was refuted by nearly a dozen witnesses, including those who dislike Trump.
