Endless Amnesty Bill Drops, Seven Years For Any Alien To Avoid Not Mere Arrest, But Deportation

The Democrats have dropped a new amnesty plan, at least this time it comes from Congress, to create an ongoing amnesty for all illegal aliens, including criminal aliens, welfare cheats, and terrorists. Through one simple trick of making all aliens eligible for the amnesty, provided they consider themselves “long-term residents” in the United States here illegally or legally for a mere seven years. The legislation was introduced in the Senate by a pair of Mexican invaders, Senators Alex Padilla and Ben Lujan....

The two page bill is shockingly broad, with any alien in the United States for seven years being eligible to obtain Lawful Permanent Residence (LPR). This means aliens who have been here illegally, aliens here under Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and aliens here on long-term “temporary” Non-Immigrant Visas such as L-1, H-1B, E, etc. It does not exclude aliens who have been arrested and are in deportation proceedings, nor does it explicitly state that any exclusion charges apply to aliens applying for registration, such as criminal convictions, drug use, terrorism, or welfare use....

In fact, this legislation would likely include the alien terrorists currently held in Guantanamo Bay, as the Supreme Court has stated that the Constitution applies to aliens held there, making Gitmo a de facto part of the United States....
